This is an imageBrandi A. Ray® is undoubtedly one of Atlanta’s leading fitness experts, whom have been helping people achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively since 1996. She has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, post-rehabilitative specialist and athlete.

Since her debut as a leader of youth strength and conditioning after-school fitness programs, she has become one of The South’s most sought-after fitness experts. As a freelance personal fitness trainer, Brandi has extensively trained clients across the USA. Her lists of clients include fortune 500 executives/corporations, celebrities (featuring the most some of the world’s most talented actors/actresses, professional print/runway models and professional athletes, music artists), and youth athletic groups. Brandi infamously has created training modalities for numerous assisted senior-citizen communities and residential properties (subdivision/apartment complexes) for
seniors, parents and families. She is an expert in total body transformation and has walked hundreds of men and women through the process.

Having established herself as a successful trainer to some of the worlds most famous faces, Ray decided to launch Brandi Ray Personal Training (BRPT), an exclusive fitness consulting firm in the Heart of Atlanta which provides an unrivaled level of professionalism to all clients and embodies her successful training principles. Brandi’s unique training approach, which is based on the latest nutritional and exercise science, achieves noticeable results in a short period of time.

Originally pursuing a Biochemistry Degree at Florida State University, Brandi’s career path turned to health and fitness as a result of her own quest for self -improvement (overcoming a life-threatening accident, sustaining temporary injuries as the late Mr. Christopher “Superman” Reeves). Her goal as a health and exercise specialist is to create a new-age, “upscale” approach to fitness and wellness. Providing unparalleled support, motivation, safe, effective fun and creative instruction, Brandi is personally invested in your success. With her personal training clients, Brandi seeks to revive them from the conjecture, trial and error, misleading information, depleted time and effort, and injuries that most endure in the pursuit of their fitness goals. Her strengths lie in developing caring relationships with clients, helping clients achieve tangible results in a timely manner, and offering a higher level of service to her clients to create long-term value. Brandi believes a supportive client-trainer relationship is as important as technical expertise in a trainer.

Brandi’s certifications include: Nationally Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Weight Management Specialist, Mind-Body Connection Specialist, and Certified Sports Quickness & Agility Specialist. In addition, Brandi is presently completing certifications for: Master Herbalist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Executive Certification in Health Promotion and Corporate Wellness.

Brandi’s philosophy:
“My philosophy is based upon self-healing and eternal dedication to living well. It is our responsibility to seek knowledge of our natural talents, functions and needs. As human begins, we were created as a gift to the world, and to appreciate nature. We must learn to be consistent, thrive in prosperity, focus, and desire success more. Becoming a healthier and fit person can at times be an unpleasant process, but the benefits and rewards are priceless. The actions we take today, determine the future of our health tomorrow.”

As an active philanthropist, Brandi supports the following organizations: AID Atlanta, The One Campaign, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club of America, American Red Cross, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, and The Children’s Make A Wish Foundations. Brandi has been quoted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Premier Health & Fitness Mag.
