Ray Grayson

This is an imageRahman (Ray) Grayson was born in Plainfield, NJ and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 from Florida A&M University, where he majored in Business Administration and was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society. Shortly after graduating from college, Rahman ventured into the world of Health and Fitness by starting Athletes and Entertainers In Motion (AEIM), a full service personal fitness training organization which includes Fitness Training and Nutrition Counseling as well as Massage Therapy.

Rahman’s unique and innovative training techniques have attracted noted clients such as platinum selling, singing sensation Ciara, NFL Pro Bowler Edgerrin James, and Super Bowl Champion James Butler, as well as original Destiny’s Child Member turned solo artist, Letoya Luckett. While athletes and entertainers do make up some of AEIM’s clientele, Rahman believes that everyone– famous or not– should be able to share in this gospel called “Health and Fitness”, which is why his clientele ranges in age from 10 years old up to 67 years old. “Everybody’s welcome here at the
Fitness Factory” is one line that you will hear over and over during one of his dynamic, cardio-intense group sessions. He has also had the pleasure of working with top executives and talent from organizations such as Radio One, Def Jam, Coca-Cola, Turner Broadcasting Systems, and Accenture to name a few.

Rahman has become a force to be reckoned with at a young age in this competitive world of health in fitness. So whether there is a young aspiring model/actor, Olympic athlete, or soccer mom looking to keep her girlish figure, his trademark motto will always stay the same, “Results don’t start, until you do!! So shut up and train.”
